Executive Governance Board
The IPMA Executive Governance Board provides strategic stewardship, financial oversight, and independent accountability for the Alliance’s international work.
The President chairs Board deliberations and represents the Alliance in major institutional relationships. This office is held by a senior professional with a demonstrated record in education strategy, faculty development, and the governance of complex programmes.
The Vice President coordinates cross-regional work and supports succession for committee leadership. The Treasurer brings financial oversight, budget review, reserve planning, and structural audit discipline, ensuring that accreditation and registry services are resourced responsibly.
The Secretary maintains formal resolutions, meeting records, and conflict disclosures. Directors at Large contribute independent expertise in education quality, risk, institutional operations, and international organisational practice; all officers are bound by disclosure and ethics requirements.
