Privacy Policy

IPMA protects personal, institutional, and credential information through purpose-limited processing, appropriate safeguards, and transparent communication.

Information is collected only for membership, registry, education, accreditation, governance, payment, and legitimate operational needs. Public registry results are deliberately limited to information needed to understand a current professional standing.

Application and account security use role-appropriate access controls, authenticated processes, and retention practices aligned with operational and legal obligations. Sensitive assessment, disciplinary, and personal records are not displayed through public-facing tools.

Individuals may contact the Secretariat about access, correction, or an appropriate privacy concern. IPMA reviews requests in the context of legal obligations, record integrity, and the rights of others whose information may be involved.
