Official communications

Contact IPMA

The IPMA Secretariat is the first point of contact for membership, institutional accreditation, registry administration, governance correspondence, and public communications.

For efficient routing, write to info@pilatesalliance.asia with your name, organisation, country or region, and a concise description of the matter. Credential enquiries should include the registry identifier where one exists, but private learner information is not released through public correspondence.

Education and IPMTA enquiries are directed to the appropriate programme-review contact. Governance, ethics, and formal documentation matters are logged for the relevant officer or committee, with confidentiality handled according to the nature of the request.

The Alliance operates internationally through a distributed Secretariat model. Current service details and response expectations are provided in official correspondence; urgent safety matters should always be directed first to the relevant local emergency or regulatory authority.

Every IPMA public programme page is maintained as an operational guide, not a marketing promise. Requirements are reviewed with educators, institutional partners, and governance advisers so that members can understand both the opportunity and the responsibility attached to participation.

01

Professional framework

The Alliance applies clear publication, documentation, and review practices to this area of work. Participants receive a defined point of contact, written expectations, and a pathway for raising questions before a decision, enrolment, or professional commitment is finalised.

02

Internationally accountable practice

Regional delivery may reflect local laws, languages, and professional customs, while the underlying expectation remains consistent: decisions must be evidence-based, records must be accurate, and the welfare of learners, clients, and the public must be protected.
