Operational Committees
IPMA committee charters convert Board direction into documented operational work, with defined cadence, authority, and reporting responsibilities.
The Education Steering Committee meets weekly during active programme-review cycles. It examines curriculum maps, assessment calibration, faculty evidence, learner protections, and changes that materially affect published education standards.
The Finance & Infrastructure Council reviews budget performance, information-system resilience, registry controls, and operating risks on a weekly dashboard cadence. Recommendations that exceed approved financial thresholds are escalated to the Board with written rationale and impact analysis.
The Strategic Growth Panel meets weekly while a region, partnership, or new delivery model is under consideration. Its charter requires evidence that growth can be supported by quality assurance, local legal awareness, and realistic Secretariat capacity before a policy proposal is advanced.

| Council | Decision threshold |
